Our service engineers went onboard vessel to dismantle, lift and transport 2 units of TCR20 turbochargers back to our workshop for overhaul service.
Upon arrival our service engineers proceeded to:
- Clean the rest of the turbochargers (chemical cleaning, ash blasting & dye check)
- Dynamic balancing process using our German Schenck balancing machine.
- Re-assembled the turbochargers with new spare parts
Our service engineers completed the job within 3 days.
